Capabilities
What we build.
Our software gathers public warnings and flags anything new inside an area you mark.
Seeing the picture
-
One shared map
We build software that brings many public information sources onto one shared map, so the team working an incident sees the same picture.
-
Official alerts and natural hazards
It shows official public emergency alerts and natural hazards, such as earthquakes and wildfires, as they are published. When an official warning area covers a place the operation has set, the software puts that warning in the closest ring.
-
Public safety data
It places public safety information that publishers already release openly on the same map, at the precision the publisher gives.
-
Watch areas
Mark an area once, and the software raises an alert in the workspace when a new item from the sources is located inside it.
-
Distance rings
It groups what comes in into rings by distance from the places an operation has set, and any ring can be hidden, so the screen does not overload.
-
Density view
A density view shows where public events cluster at a glance.
-
One search box
One search box finds anything currently on the map.
Keeping the record straight
-
A source on every item
Every item on the map names where it came from and how reliable that source is, so a person can check it before acting on it.
-
Case records that need sources
An event cannot be added to a case record without the source it rests on.
-
Who added what
Each entry in a case record records who added it, and each file records who uploaded it. Every file is fingerprinted when it arrives, so a later change to the file can be detected.
-
Packages you can check later
Analysts can gather related items into one piece of work and export the whole thing as a package whose files can be checked later.
AI that drafts, people who decide
-
Briefings on request
On request, AI drafts a written briefing on what is on the map for an area or a piece of work, for a person to check.
-
Draft reports
It turns a piece of work into a written report drafted by AI for a person to check. The publisher is credited where one gives a credit line, and a fingerprint lets later changes to the file be detected.
-
People stay people
The software does not decide who a person is, and its AI is set up to refuse to write an assessment of an individual.
Access and training
-
Roles
People see only what their role allows. Removing an account ends that person's access.
-
Built-in training
Short built-in lessons cover checking sources, respecting data terms and avoiding common analysis mistakes.
In development
What we are building next.
-
Shift handover notes
We are developing handover notes that help the next person on shift pick up open work.
-
Licence checks on every source
We are building it so that every source is checked against the terms it was published under, and sources whose terms do not allow the use are held back.
-
Team messaging
We are building team messaging inside the same workspace, designed so the server stores only scrambled text.
